• Send abusive, threatening, or offensive messages
• Bully or shame other users
• Use hateful or discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account permanently removed
• We report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law

Respectful conversations help build meaningful relationships.

• Send unsolicited sexual messages
• Send explicit images without consent
• Pressure anyone into sharing personal information
• Continue messaging someone who has clearly declined or blocked you

Always respect another person's decision.

DateEmber has zero tolerance for scams. Never:

• Ask users for money
• Request bank details or OTPs
• Promote investment schemes
• Conduct cryptocurrency scams
• Offer fake jobs
• Sell fake products
• Attempt phishing or identity theft

Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

DateEmber is for meeting people — not advertising. Do not:

• Send repetitive messages
• Post advertisements
• Promote businesses or services
• Share referral links
• Recruit users for external platforms
• Use automated messaging tools or bots

Protect both your privacy and the privacy of others. Do not:

• Share private conversations publicly
• Share another person's photos without permission
• Publish personal information
• Reveal addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, or other sensitive information without consent

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Child exploitation
• Terrorism-related content
• Human trafficking
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons sales
• Violence or threats
• Self-harm promotion
• Blackmail or extortion
• Revenge pornography
• Non-consensual intimate imagery

Such content may be removed immediately and reported to law enforcement where required.

Keep your account secure.

• Never share your password
• Never share OTP codes
• Enable available security features
• Report suspicious login activity immediately

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

Premium memberships and digital purchases must be used fairly. Do not:

• Abuse promotional offers
• Attempt payment fraud
• Share purchased benefits between accounts
• Circumvent Google Play Billing
• Manipulate subscriptions or digital purchases

Violation may result in suspension, loss of premium benefits, or permanent account removal.

If you experience harassment, fake profiles, spam, fraud, inappropriate behaviour, or safety concerns, please use the in-app Report feature or contact us at support@dateember.com.

Our Safety Team reviews reports as quickly as possible and may take appropriate action.

Depending on the severity of a violation, DateEmber may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove content
• Restrict certain features
• Suspend the account temporarily
• Permanently ban the account
• Remove premium benefits
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement

Serious violations may result in immediate and permanent removal without prior warning.
